Terms and conditions agreement

ACCEPTANCE. The realization of any reservation implies the absolute and unconditional acceptance of these general conditions.

 

USERNAME. The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the data entered.

It is not allowed to exceed the number of people stipulated in your original reservation without prior authorization.

 

OCCUPANTS. The client can only accommodate the maximum number of people defined in the characteristics of the house and the contracted rate. It is forbidden to sublet or transfer the house to another person, totally or partially

 

PREPAID. The system requests a payment by credit card or bank transfer of 50% of the total amount of the rent, the reservation being conditional on the acceptance of the payment by the bank. The remaining amount must be paid before the keys are handed over, either in cash (subject to legal limits), credit card or bank transfer.

 

RESERVATION. Your reservation can be made by phone, email or directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user receives the reservation confirmation by email with their locator number.

The prices are indicated with VAT included and the tourist tax in force at the time of booking. If the total number of adults varies, the amount of the fee will be regularized.

 

CLEANING The house will be made available to the client in the proper cleaning conditions. The client agrees to leave the house in reasonable cleanliness without garbage or food remains.

It is the responsibility of the guests to wash the dishes and deposit the garbage in the municipal waste containers.

If the state of conservation and cleanliness is not adequate after departure, a penalty may be applied.

 

COSTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED electricity supply, internet and water, initial and final cleaning, weekly change of sheets and towels (beach towels are not included).

Daily cleaning is billed according to customer demand.

 

EQUIPMENT. The client agrees to leave the house in the same conditions of conservation of the furniture and equipment that he has found at the entrance.

 

MODIFICATIONS. We reserve the right to change the property hired for another of similar or superior characteristics. These changes will have no cost to the customer.

 

GUARANTEE The client will leave a guarantee deposit at the entrance against damages, theft, damage and possible inconvenience to neighbors, which must be confirmed by credit card. This operation will be unlocked within 7 working days once the condition of the apartment has been verified after departure, as well as the return of the keys. We do not accept cash deposit, only credit card. If you do not comply with this condition upon arrival, there will be a breach of contract and the company reserves the right to deny access to our facilities.

 

GENERAL RULES

  • Pets and animals are not allowed
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the house
  • You can not create a fuss, have parties or bachelor parties, or have loud music
  • Respect the rest of neighbors from 23:00 - 9:00 and maintain a reasonable noise level throughout the day. If repeated complaints are received from neighbors about excessive noise, Cancorda may ask the tenants to leave the house without the right to any type of compensation
  • Make sure all doors and windows are closed before leaving.
  • Partially adapted for the disabled. If you have any needs, please let us know, we will adapt the facilities

 

DATA PROTECTION: all requested data is as part of the contract.

 

ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING: the contract is made exclusively through the emails sent between the parties.

 

AUTHORIZATION OF PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: the client authorizes that they can send promotional communications by email as long as they can unsubscribe at any time.
